The 4L F-500EA fire extinguisher has successfully extinguished 2.4kWh lithium-ion battery fire fires without reignition. The scope of the Global-Mark certification does not include lithium-ion batteries. The 4L F-500EA LFS extinguisher complies with the Mandatory Australian Standard AS/NZS1841.2 – 2007 as water-type fire extinguishers.

A portable fire extinguisher should only be used by trained individuals or employees. Portable fire extinguishers are strictly “first attack” tools intended for small, contained fires. They should only be used in the very early stages of a fire. Once a fire spreads or produces heavy, toxic smoke, you must evacuate immediately. Proper training ensures you know which extinguisher is safe to use and prevents untrained individuals from escalating a dangerous situation. In case of a fire, evacuate and call 000 immediately.

The Convenience of Insulated Composite Gloves in Electrical Safety.

When working with electrical equipment, safety is critical. Traditionally, the three-glove system has been the go-to for many workers. This system, based on the ASTM D120 standard, involves wearing three layers: a cotton inner glove, a rubber insulating glove, and a leather outer glove for mechanical protection. While this method is effective, it can be
