The conditions for any product sold by Volt Safety are outlined in this section and constitute the full agreement between you and Volt Safety.

a. Items provided as part of this contract will meet standard industrial quality unless explicitly stated otherwise. Descriptions are purely for identification and do not define the nature of the sale.

b. Products available for purchase under these Sales Conditions are only available to those who can form legally binding contracts. No sales are made to individuals under 18 or to those legally prevented from forming contracts. By submitting an order, you confirm to Volt Safety that you are eligibe to form a legal agreement.

c. Placing an order with Volt Safety signifies your intent to purchase a specified product at the listed price, plus any applicable freight charges and taxes and should be regarded as done under these Sales Conditions.

d. These Sales Conditions may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase to ensure you understand any changes.

e. Volt Safety retains the right to accept or reject your purchase for any reason, such as errors in product details or pricing, product availability, or inaccuracies in your order. The contract between you and Volt Safety becomes valid only when you receive an email from Volt Safety confirming the order, its acceptance, payment receipt, and probable delivery details.

f. This agreement shall be interpreted according to the prevailing laws of the State of Queensland. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts for resolving any disputes.

g. You are required to inspect the delivered items immediately. Failure to notify Volt Safety of any discrepancies within seven (7) days will mean the goods are accepted as is. Any claim should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and received by Volt Safety within seven (7) days of your receipt of the items. The claim amount can’t exceed the invoice value of the goods in question.

h. Ownership to the goods supplied will transfer from Volt Safety to the customer only upon the receipt of full payment for said goods.

i. Risk in the Goods ordered passes to the customer as follows:

  • If the Goods are to be collected, on the date of the Collection Notice.
  • If the Goods are to be delivered by Volt Safety, or a representative or contractor of Volt Safety, this will occur immediately before the Goods are offloaded at the location specified by the Customer.
  • If the Goods are to be delivered by a contractor or representative of the Customer, this will occur at the time of preloading the Goods at Volt Safety’s premises.

j. Volt Safety is not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the items due to unforeseen circumstances. Both parties are excused from fulfilling obligations to the extent hindered by such events. You have the right to terminate the agreement under these conditions if the need arises.

k. You bear all risks and liabilities arising from the use of the items, whether used individually or in combination with other products. You also agree to indemnify Volt Safety for any such usage. Volt Safety will not be responsible for any patent infringement cases that arise due to your use of the products.

l. Nothing in these Sales Conditions aims to remove, limit, or alter any legal obligation Volt Safety may have under the Goods Act of 1958 or similar legislation.
