Volt Safety’s Small Blind Flange Lockout device is placed over the flange nuts to conceal access and lockout for pipeline maintenance. This fully conceals access to the flange nut so that it remains locked out during maintenance or hazardous work. The adjustable design allows it to fit various valve sizes, providing flexibility and enhanced safety in controlling access to the systems. This Small Blind Flange Lockout device helps reduce the risk of injury or accidental release of hazardous substances.
