This lockout can lock quarter-turn ball valves in off position, ensuring that the valve remains locked during maintenance or hazardous work. This Steel Ball Valve Lockout device helps reduce the risk of injury or accidental release of hazardous substances. This valve lockout is available with a 7.5mm diameter hole or a 9.8mm diameter hole to suit a varied amounts of padlocks.
